Frequently asked questions.

The answers below come from the terms of sale, the class catalogue and the schedule. If your question is not here, write to Julie: she answers herself.

Where do I book my class?

It depends on the venue. Classes at Nest & Bloom are booked directly on bodiy.fr. For the other partner venues, you book with them: each class in the timetable shows where to book, and the link takes you there.

For Maison Ora, write to me and I will take care of it.

Can I come with my baby?

Yes, in mum and baby yoga, from birth to nine months: the class is built around your baby.

In Happy Baby Yoga, from twelve to thirty-six months, the child comes with a parent.

Postnatal yoga, however, is practised without baby: it is time for you.

Can I cancel a workshop I have booked?

Yes, free of charge up to forty-eight hours before the workshop, with a full refund. After that, the payment is kept, but you can still move to a later date, subject to availability.

For a private class, cancellation is free up to twenty-four hours before the appointment.

If I am the one who cancels, you can choose between a new date and a full refund.

How long does a class last?

Forty-five minutes for mum and baby yoga, Happy Baby Yoga and kids yoga. One hour for prenatal, postnatal, Family Yoga and Soft Flow Vinyasa.

Prenatal Yoga

From when can I come to prenatal yoga?

From the first trimester. The class lasts an hour and adapts to your stage of pregnancy: the postures change as your body changes.

Postnatal Yoga

When can I start again after giving birth?

Postnatal yoga starts from forty days after birth, and the class is without baby, for one hour.

If you would like to come with your baby, that is mum and baby yoga, open from birth up to nine months.

Ask the professional who followed your pregnancy before starting again: they know your situation, and I do not yet.

Kids Yoga

From what age can my child take part?

From age three in kids yoga, for forty-five minutes of play, breathing and relaxation.

Between twelve and thirty-six months, it is Happy Baby Yoga, with a parent.

In Family Yoga, the whole family practises together, from age three for the children.
